Aklimatizačná zvernica Tatranská Lomnica (viz. popis níže • see description below) Tatranská Javorina (Lomnica) Acclimatization Wisent Park

Small two hectars acclimatization game park existed in turn of the 1950s and 1960s as a forerunner of Zvernica in Topolcianky. There were first wisents imported to Slovakia (and also the first born Slovak wisents). The Game park existed probably from 1957 (the first import of wisents) and was abolished in 1963, all wisents were transferred to Topoľčianky. Both Wisent parks were somehow tied together, because local calves received names starting with "Si", a diphthong internationally allocated for Topoľčianky.

In addition of the wisents, there were also bisons (or zubrobisons - hybrids of wisents and bisons). Only very little information is available - some things are not clear - even it is not clear where the wisent park was exactly located - some sources mention in Tatranská Javorina, the others in Tatranská Lomnica. The only source specifies the position little bit more to nearness of the former RVHP palace (CMEA; now a Kolowrat hotel), what is likely, because part of former Count Hohenlohe's Game Park could be used.
