    Flora Olomouc is an all-embracing botanical facility - from the parks maintenance (Smetana's, Bezruč's and Čechov's Gardens) to the exhibition with botanical expositions. Expositions of Flora have two separate parts - the first is in Bezruč's Gardens - Botanical Garden and Rose Garden, the second is in the Smetana's Gardens - Collection conservatories (about 650 m from the Botanical Gardens). The second part - Collection conservatories - is consist of four greenhouses - palm, cactus, subtropical and tropical and shows in addition of plants also animals. Majority of animals are kept in the Palm conservatory - aquariums, terrariums (snakes, tortoises, lizards, caiman, amphibians), insectarium (especially spiders), pool of water turtles and bird aviaries (especially common parrots and small exotic birds). In the Tropical conservatory, in the pools with the Victoria amazonica there are also white catfish and piranhas.
