Zoo a ptačinec Schweizerhaus (Švýcarský dům)  Zoo and bird haus Schweizerhaus (Suisse House)

Excursion and entertainment restaurant Schweizerhaus lay along the main road between Šluknov and Valdek, was built sometime in the late 19th century (perhaps in the 1880s). The restaurant had its own game preserve (Tiergarten), and sometime around 1908, a zoo and a bird house were built additional. Unfortunately no information about this zoo exists, only one advertisement on the third page of Address Books of 1908, where among other things says "Neue Tierpark und Vogelhaus" (new zoo with bird house). The zoo ceased to exist no later than before the end of the WWII - the German population was displaced after the war and till 1950, the Schweizerhaus surroundings was completely abandoned (currently there are only minor ruins of the restaurant).
