Noble menagerie of Radziwiłł family - the first zoo facilities in territory of today's Belarus (at the time Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, after that the Russian empire etc.).

The menagerie in Alba Park was founded at the end of the 1760s by Polish-Lithuanian nobleman Stanisław Radziwiłł. In the South of Europe, he bought 12 camels, rare horses, hawks, eagles and other animals (little-known in Poland-Lithuania). In addition these, he had also exotic animals from Africa, Italy and Palestine and also local species - leopards, wolves, monkeys, rabbits, parrots, cranes, swans... and also 96 wisentss, 120 elks, 56 reindeer, 140 roe deer, 66 fallow deer, 130 red deer and many wild boar and sheep and goats of different breeds in nearly 200 hectares of forest and meadow land. Moreover, he had a trained group of bears as a eight-team of his carriage. Such bears were from him requested also by the Turkish sultan - who finally get 32 of these bears. 60 camels were heading in the opposite direction.

The Menagerie went under probably yet late 18th century.
